Edwin Mondini challenges the judgment and sentence on the jury verdict for a string of robbery convictions. We hold that the evidence was sufficient to convict him, that the court was correct to refuse a jury instruction on a lesser included offense of first degree theft, and that the court did not abuse its discretion in denying his motion for a mistrial. We accept the States concession of error on one of the robbery convictions. We affirm in part, vacate the sentence for one robbery conviction, and remand for resentencing.
