He asserts that: (1) the trial court erred in refusing to allow defense counsel to ask a police witness about Victims brothers failure to identify Defendant from a photo lineup; (2) trial counsels failure to call Victims brother as a witness constituted ineffective assistance of counsel; (3) Defendant was subjected to double jeopardy when he was convicted of both attempted CSPM and CSCM; and (4) that the evidence was insufficient to support his convictions.
